Find out what we do in
JIMENEZ FAMILY
With a dynasty of more than 3 decades harvesting the blessed fruit in the cloud forest, the Jiménez family are proud producers of a micro-lot of coffee in the Cerro Brujo area.
Upon coming into contact with this coffee, it immediately captivates the senses, sending a sweet message of caramel and chocolate smells, with fruity notes of flavor.
The attributes of this organic and supreme coffee, are achieved thanks to the fact that it is grown within a microclimate with clean and fruitful soil in the insides of a humid mountain forest, which belongs to Voluntary Areas Allotted for Conservation (ADVC acronyms in Spanish) and protection of endangered animals.
